Depression symptoms can vary from mild to severe and can include: Feeling sad or having a depressed mood. Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed. Changes in appetite, weight loss or gain unrelated to dieting. Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much.Loss of energy or increased fatigue. Increase in purposeless physical activity or slowed movements and speech. Feeling worthless or guilty. Difficulty thinking, concentrating or making decisions. Thoughts of death or suicide.
The purpose of our lives is to be happy. You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough. Life is so much wonderful. Life is too important to be taken seriously. Life may be full of problems and challenges but don't let depression messed up your mind. You can sort all the things you are facing.
Don't let suicide comes in to your mind and ruin your life. Always think positive. Exercise your mind with positively. Have faith in our Almighty God and He will lift you up, lead you, and guide you in a right path. Better days are coming, don't lose hope!
