Feeling WORTHLESS

          Depression is a mental condition characterized by feeling or inadequacy and guilt, often accompanied by lack of energy and disturbance of sleep. Depression is the action of lowering something or pressing something down.

         Depression symptoms can vary from mild to severe and can include: Feeling sad or having a depressed mood. Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed. Changes in appetite, weight loss or gain unrelated to dieting. Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much.Loss of energy or increased fatigue. Increase in purposeless physical activity or slowed movements and speech. Feeling worthless or guilty. Difficulty thinking, concentrating or making decisions. Thoughts of death or suicide.

          The purpose of our lives is to be happy. You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough. Life is so much wonderful. Life is too important to be taken seriously. Life may be full of problems and challenges but don't let depression messed up your mind. You can sort all the things you are facing.

          Don't let suicide comes in to your mind and ruin your life. Always think positive. Exercise your mind with positively. Have faith in our Almighty God and He will lift you up, lead you, and guide you in a right path. Better days are coming, don't lose hope!

Last But Not The Least

            And now, the fourth grading is almost done, I have learned a lot and it will help me in the new future. Those challenges that I've faced, the knowledge that I learned will always be marked in my mind. Writing had always been one of my weakness, but it was challenging to take that initial step past the high school, three-paragraph essay form that constricted my ideas for so long. Moving past this form, however, has greatly opened my mind. My thoughts are now able to be more complex.

          It would be trembling to construct a paragraph but I know that I can do it. Being a persistent person, It will help you to develop your skills.

                As I move on, I would like to express my gratitude to Mrs. Vera Cruz as she taught what the lesson is or what should be to do. I appreciate those effort that she spent to teach us.

          Every person in this world does have a dream, goals or an ambition which one wants to fulfill during his or her life. Everyone of us has a dream and we all do everything to reach or achieve it. Education is the key to reach out dream in our life.

          We dream because we want to live a better and nicer future. My dream is to become a doctor someday, because I want to help other people and to serve my community.

Ilocos Sur National High School's Day

          Ilocos Sur National High School Day is the most awaited and busiest occasion celebrated in our school. Ilocos Sur National High School annually celebrates this special occasion to commemorate the day when the school was established.

          The 118th ISNHS Day will be celebrated on March 21-22, 2020. The first day of the event was consumed for the Coronation Day, wherein the new king and new queen are formally crowned.

          The second day started with the parade of teachers and students the the program started. The field demonstration is considered as one of the highlight of this event.

Kannawidan Festival

          This festival, at the end of January celebrates the best of Ilocos Sur culture, form traditional dress and folk dance to tribal rituals and marching band contests.

          Ilocos Sur is a beautiful province located in the Northern part of Luzon. It is a province that it is rich in culture that represents the ancient Spanish and Filipino heritage. To show and share their treasures to the whole world, the locals conceived a festival that highlights these cultural traditions and they called it the "Kannawidan Festival."

          Change starts with me. We must all change the way we think and act. We should  responsible for the way we think and act. It would be tomfoolery to place the responsibility of my transformation in character, in the hands of another. Maturity starts when we own our mistakes and take the necessary action of correcting them.


          We can lead change and make our world a better place if we start with ourselves. Learning to become a better parent, businessperson, leader, and volunteer will enable me to contribute more to my family, my community, and my industry. By inviting positive change into my life, by initiating change, I might be able to positively influence others.


          If you want to change reality start with yourself first and attend to your own personal development. In doing so, problems give way to solutions and no longer affect you. Heal yourself first by integrating your shadow self and be mindful of your thoughts leading you down a path of negativity.

A Day To Experience

          The Vigan City Fiesta is held in honor of St. Paul the Apostle, the city's patron named San Pablo, on 25 of January every year. Local and tourists gather to experience and see the street dancing  and showdown competiton, carnivals, food fairs, arts, and crafts, adding to the attraction this UNESCO World Heritage City.

          Vigan is a popular tourist destination because of its museums and architecture. Still, it is also known for its longganisa which is a local kind of salami. The dish is made in accordance with a century-old tradition and has a truly unique taste. Although there were several tries to replicate the combination of sliced spicy meat, sugarcane vinegar, and garlic, no one can compete with local chefs.

          Come, join, and celebrate here in Vigan. You will see the beauty of the Vigan culture. You will experienced a lot here in Vigan. Our city is a wonderful to visit. This experience is never be an unforgettable to your life. VIVA VIGAN!

Less Toxicity

          This year is going to be the one when you put our own needs first, when you honor where we are no matter, and when you recognize the importance of community.             Make yourself be a better individual. Remove toxic people in your environment. Make self-care a priority. Self-care isn't just one thing, and it's not the same thing to everyone. Basically, self-care means taking care your time to focus on things that contribute to your well-being.

Reflection

       During the Third Quarter on my school, I have learned a lot, my learnings during first quarter had increased that will be further enhance. And of course in every situation there are always problems that are need to be solved.

          Christmas is celebrated to remember the birth of Jesus Christ,who Christians believe is the son of God. This Christmas season, it is important for us to bear in our minds the reason why we are celebrating this season in the first place.

         Christmas is a time to remind us to show love by sharing what we have, not only material things but also moral values. It is also about sharing from our hearts what we have, not only during this season but is it all throughout year.

          As life continue to grow with outstanding achievements, there are also dark side in this society. We have to face with many issues. And violence against women and their children (VAWC) is among them. Many women and children have to suffer prom pain,both in physical and mental.

          No matter how many times women and children beg for help, society turns as a blind eye to them. But after all, they are still living and fighting for themselves until now.

          Stop violence against women and children. Give them a freedom to live for a reason. Loving each other is an example of a humanity. All of us should be respected and respect who deserves respect.
